The noise level of an AUGLETICS rowing machine during training is relatively quiet compared to many other fitness devices. This is because it relies on technology that electronically controls resistance, rather than mechanical parts, which are often louder. The noises primarily heard come from air resistance and the movement of the seat, both of which are designed to operate as quietly as possible. Thus, the device can also be used in apartments or rooms without disturbing others.
Our standard device fits users up to 1.94 m (with normal leg length). For taller users up to 2.00 m, a rolling seat extension is available. If you also have particularly long legs, we additionally offer a special extension for more space on the slide rail.

The AUGLETICS Eight Sport and Eight Style are built for both private users and gyms. They are among the most compact devices on the market and can also be folded up for very space-saving storage, yet they are extremely robust and designed for intensive use. Visually, they differ in materials. The Eight Sport, in its black powder-coated steel finish, has more the look of a classic fitness device, while the Eight Style, made of oak wood, is more reminiscent of an elegant piece of furniture. The Eight Sport has a 10-inch HD touchscreen display and is swivel-mounted, whereas the Eight Style has a 15-inch HD touchscreen display and is additionally rotatable and swivel-mounted. It should also be noted that the Eight Style includes a Virtual Coach, while the Eight Sport does not. However, streaming is possible on both AUGLETICS rowing machines.
A power supply is required for the operation of the large display and for adjusting the resistance. The device itself does not require power for resistance generation, so power consumption is comparatively low. In standby mode, the display automatically switches off, minimizing power consumption. Alternatively, you can completely disconnect it from power and shut down the display.
You can use the AUGLETICS rowing machines at any time even without an internet connection. However, AUGLETICS offers you a range of smaller and larger extras if you use an active Wi-Fi connection.
If you operate your device with Wi-Fi, you have the option to log in, save your training data in your personal profile, and use the free update function. As is common with other apps, we provide an update approximately every 2 months that makes your sports experience even more interesting for you.

Yes, we offer an assembly service for your AUGLETICS rowing machine. This service costs a flat rate of €199 and is available in Germany and Austria.
Here's how it works:
- After your order, the device will be sent to a service partner in your region.
- The service partner will then contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.
- On the agreed date, a technician will come to your home, assemble the device, and provide you with an introduction to its operation.
This service can be selected directly during the order as a delivery option. Alternatively, you can also perform the assembly yourself – most customers opt for delivery in three packages to their doorstep and assemble the device independently. The assembly is not complicated, and we provide you with detailed instructions as well as a video that explains the entire process step by step. No, a display upgrade to a larger model is unfortunately not possible. The larger display requires more power and a higher mounting on the device. However, even the smaller displays will continue to be supported by software and receive regular updates to ensure that you can benefit from all new functions in the future.

Yes, the Apple Watch can be connected to the AUGLETICS rowing machine, but not directly. You need an additional app to transfer heart rate data from the Apple Watch to the rowing machine.
A recommended app for this is "Echo Heart Rate". Here's how it works:
- Download the "Echo Heart Rate" app from the App Store and install it on your Apple Watch.
- On the AUGLETICS rowing machine, select "Add Heart Rate Monitor" from the menu.
- Activate the app on your Apple Watch and select "Echo Heartrate" as the heart rate monitor.
Once connected, you can track your heart rate data on the rowing machine's display during your workout.
