FAQ
AUGLETICS is the only manufacturer that develops and produces directly in Germany. The devices are characterized by the highest quality and can therefore be used both at home and in the studio. In direct comparison with other home training equipment, they are somewhat more expensive, but offer a longer service life and significantly more functions. The integrated technology will motivate you to actually use the device.

Up to 2.02 m there is no problem at all and the roller rail is definitely long enough for you. After that, it depends somewhat on your ratio between leg and upper body length. We have already had athletes with 2.06 m on the device and it fit, but here we would recommend that you try it out in a store beforehand. Up to a height of 2.02 m, you will definitely fit on the device.
After ordering via the website or by phone through our product advisors, you pay directly via PayPal, credit card, or direct debit. Alternatively, you can also pay after the order, but before delivery. For alternative payment methods, please contact us. As soon as your device is ready for shipment, you will receive a message from us with all details about your shipment, so you can always view the current status and exact delivery date. Should you have any problems assembling the device or need other assistance, your product advisor will be available to you at any time, even after purchase.

The AUGLETICS Eight and the Eight Style are built for both private users and fitness studios. They are among the most compact devices on the market and can also be folded up to save space and are still extremely robust and designed for intensive use. They differ visually in terms of the materials. The Eight in its black powder-coated steel garment has more of the look of a classic fitness device, while the Eight Style made of oak wood is more reminiscent of a noble piece of furniture.
A power supply is required for the operation of the large display and for adjusting the resistance. The device itself does not require power for resistance generation, so power consumption is comparatively low. In standby mode, the display automatically switches off, minimizing power consumption. Alternatively, you can completely disconnect it from power and shut down the display.
You can use the AUGLETICS rowing machines at any time even without an internet connection. However, AUGLETICS offers you a range of smaller and larger extras if you use an active Wi-Fi connection.
If you operate your device with Wi-Fi, you have the option to log in, save your training data in your personal profile, and use the free update function. As is common with other apps, we provide an update approximately every 2 months that makes your sports experience even more interesting for you.
