Magnetic rowing machines have earned a firm place in home training for good reason. The technology behind it is fascinating and offers some clear advantages. In a magnetic rowing machine like the one from AUGLETICS, the resistance is generated by a magnet that passes an aluminum flywheel. This movement generates a so-called eddy current, which in turn forms a magnetic field and thus regulates the resistance. The result?
