General Warranty Conditions
1. Duration and Start of the Warranty
We want you to enjoy your AUGLETICS rowing machine for a long time. That’s why you receive a three-year warranty on every device purchased directly from us. The warranty begins on the invoice date, which you will receive together with the device.
Even after this warranty has expired, we will be happy to continue supporting you and strive for a fair and transparent solution. This may incur costs for spare parts or repairs, but you will always receive a non-binding and free offer first so that you can decide freely.
2. Services in case of warranty
2.1 Repair services
In the event of technical defects within the warranty period, we will cover the repair costs if the damage is due to
- material defects,
- design defects or
- production defects.

The repair includes spare parts, labor and, if necessary, the travel of a technician. The work will be carried out exclusively by specialists or technicians of the manufacturer commissioned by us.
2.2 Replacement device
If a defect cannot be repaired economically or if a repair would be disproportionately expensive, you will receive a replacement device of the same type and quality.
Note: A replacement device does not start a new warranty. The three-year warranty continues unchanged; the original invoice date remains decisive.
2.3 Limitations of warranty protection
No warranty protection exists for:
- visual damage without impairment of function
- normal, operational wear parts such as rollers, belts, ball bearings, ropes, pulleys, pedals, pads, handles, brake surfaces, springs, chains, running mats or batteries
- Damage due to improper repairs or interventions
- Faults that can be resolved by simple cleaning
- Consequential damage outside the device
- intentionally caused damage
- Damage due to software changes, viruses or external data carriers
- Damage to retrofitted or non-original hardware
- Damage due to external influences such as moisture, fire, water, fall or incorrect operation
If you purchased your AUGLETICS device from a dealer (e.g. Hammer Sport), the respective warranty conditions of the dealer apply.
3. Procedure in case of warranty
3.1 Report of damage
Please report a possible warranty claim as soon as possible after the problem occurs, stating the invoice number and Ergo-ID. This helps us to quickly assign your request and provide targeted support. A picture or video of the problem also helps us to quickly classify it and provide a solution.
3.2 Obligation to minimize damage
We ask you to do everything possible to keep the damage as low as possible. This facilitates the handling and speeds up the solution.
3.3 Resale of the device
When the device is sold, the warranty ends in principle on the day of sale.
However, if the new owner takes over the original invoice, the warranty can be fully transferred to him.
This means that the remaining term of the warranty is also retained for the new owner.
In the event of intentional or malicious breach of the duty to cooperate, the warranty claim shall lapse. In the event of gross negligence, the benefit may be reduced appropriately.
4. Processing and service procedure
Our goal is to offer you the most uncomplicated and speedy solution possible in the event of a warranty claim. In many cases, we will send you a suitable spare part with easy-to-understand instructions. This is usually the fastest solution for you, and you do not have to completely disassemble the device, but only replace the affected part.
Our customer service is always available for you and supports you personally via email or telephone.
5. Terms of payment
Payment is made when the device is purchased via the selected payment method. If a payment is still outstanding at the time of a warranty claim, there is initially no claim to benefits. If you can prove that you are not responsible for the outstanding payment, we will of course review the case again.
6. Return and exchange within the scope of the statutory warranty
- If the purchase of the device is reversed within the scope of the statutory warranty, the warranty also ends.
- If a device is exchanged within the statutory warranty, the warranty is transferred to the new device. The original warranty period is neither extended nor restarted.
7. Legal information
German law applies. Legal claims can be asserted at the competent court at your place of residence.
