1. Cancellation Policy for our physical products
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (AUGLETICS GmbH, Zur Heide 10, 15712 Königs Wusterhausen, Germany, info@augletics.de, Telephone: 030 55579963) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We will collect the goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The exception is the return within Germany, which is regulated below in the point “Deviating return costs regulation for Germany”. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the cancellation becomes effective, your lender shall, in relation to you, assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract has as its object the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you also have a right of cancellation for this.
Deviating return costs regulation for Germany
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return within Germany. We will send you the return label by e-mail. We will send you a link for a return label.
